Creating an Online Account

Existing members who want to create an online account can do so by following the instructions below.


  • Access members area and forum
  • Join the email list for the latest club news
  • Receive the monthly e-newsletter
  • Receive automated renewal reminders as your membership approaches the expiry date
  • Access exclusive member’s offers
  • Set up recurring payments for future seasons

Existing Customer Sign Up Process


1 – Click on the ‘join today’ button on any page of our website

2 – Choose their membership package you currently have and any sundries you have purchased

3 – Enter the details required for membership and click ‘Sign up now’

4 – Click ‘view basket’ or click the basket icon in the menu.  A summary will appear where you can now enter a discount code

5 – Under the ‘Coupon Code’ field enter the code ‘CURRENTMEMBER’ and click apply. This will bring the cost down to £0

6 -Click ‘Proceed to checkout’

7 – Fill in your name, address, contact and card information. Once complete click ‘Sign up now’

8 – You will receive a welcoming email and we will receive your details. Your membership will be cross-referenced against our database and the expiry date set to what is shown on your membership card. Once all is approved you will be granted access to log in using the details you provided

Prior to your membership expiring you will receive a couple of emails stating the date your subscription is due to end. If the card details you supplied are still active this will include an auto-renewal message, similar to an insurance renewal. To cancel or amend this simply click the link. If we don’t have card details simply click the link in the email you receive to arrange renewal.

Go Cardless members can follow the same process but your renewals will be dealt with manually (as they are now) by Lorraine.
