After years of work behind the scenes we finally stocked Spinnaker Lake with a new generation of carp this week. Fifty fish, a selection of dinks and Leneys, were introduced. They ranged from 13-17.5lb and were hand-picked, stunning fish selected specifically for the venue.
A further fifty are hoped to be introduced next year to take the stock levels to roughly 2 carp per acre. It is anticipated that they will pile weight on and become wonderful specimen fish over the coming years.
